Questions
Do I need to change my cell number?
No. Clients text your business number, new or transferred. Calls are forwarded to your cell, which stays private.
Can I keep my current number?
Yes, if it's a business number (landline, VoIP or a work-only cell). If it's also your personal cell, get a new number instead: a transferred number stops working on your cell plan.
What if the assistant doesn't know the answer?
It never guesses. It tells the client you'll reply personally and passes the question to you.
Do clients know it's an assistant?
Yes. It introduces itself as your virtual assistant in its first message.
Can I reply myself?
